Quest is in partnership with a leading multinational FMCG manufacturer in the MENA region, and is looking for experienced Continuous Improvement Engineers or Process Engineers to join their team in Abu Dhabi.As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will come in as a startup leader and be responsible for process management and improvement.You will be gathering technical information, improving process standards, filling gaps, proposing improvements for efficiency, and troubleshooting machine/equipment among others.This role also requires you to be 80% on the floor and coordinate with your team members on a regular basis, to ensure seamless production process.You will be part of a highly skilled global team of talents and work with best in class equipment. Salary: AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: VISA + Ticket + Relocation Assistance REQUIREMENTS: Desirable skills and background:MA or Bachelors degree, with at least 3-4 years experience similar experienceMechanical (highly preferred) and Electrical Engineering skillsExperience in Multinational FMCG / Consumer goods companyGood English communication skillsDetail oriented with excellent coordination skillsWilling to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Work with an Industry Leader that is present in 75 countries worldwide.
