Construction Lawyer - Government Entity in Abu DhabiConstruction role with a government organisation, this hire will work on various forms of construction contracts aside from the standard commercial aspects of any in-house positionClient DetailsWell known and highly regarded government entity, known to have a nice working environment and culture. Small and close-knit legal teamDescription* Heavy involvement in a range of construction contracts but FIDIC and JCT in particular* Drafting and negotiating all inhouse contracts including HR policies, vendor contracts, agreements, etc* Prepare all official documents, contracts, RFPs and agreements in co-ordination with all the relevant sectors/DepartmentsJob OfferExcellent quality of work, involvement in large scale construction projects and the chance to work with a good name in the market.
