Employment: Full Time Position Title:Compliance and Client Relationship OfficerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary:up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAEJob Role:Responsible in making sure that all application documents submitted comply with the standard requirement requested by the licensing authorityResponsible in taking notes during the Sales & Marketing weekly meeting scheduled every Sunday, at 8:30 AM and in sending out minutes of the meeting on the same dayTo make sure that updates are sent out to the Sales Team.Responsible in doing "Daily Leads Count" and "Missing Leads Reminder" to the Sales AgentWill be tasked to do random checks on a weekly basis if the Sales Agents are responding to queries within the 2-hour response timeSupport sales team in times of high load and absenceProactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknessesEvaluate business activities to assess compliance riskSet plans to manage a crisis or compliance violationManage and update the CRMNotify the sales agent on company trade license renewalGive regular updates to the client on their license, immigration, and visa process REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Male/Female, 30 years old and belowMinimum 2 years of experience in the business setup industryWell versed with ADGM and DIFCHighly knowledgeable in sales and customer service in a business setupMust be a self-starter, motivated and dynamic, capable of attention to detail and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive compliance dataExcellent communication skills
