Employment: Full Time The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the following responsibilities:Defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and aligns with companys strategy and business goals.Designing and developing different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales commission, bonus schemes for the Head Office and variable benefits).Conducting periodic audits and participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.Analysing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.Evaluating job descriptions while assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws.Preparing monthly consolidated Salaries and Wages Statement to be submitted to Accounts Section for processing in the Head Office.Communicating the concerned department regarding the status of on leave, going on leave and arrived employee.Processing the Final Settlement of Employee Resigned/Terminated in coordination with Accounts Department.Update and monitor the attendance of the employees in the system to determine actual Time-in and Time-out, tardiness and absenteeism, sick/short leave. Prepare employee leave balance.Liaise with employees regarding salary deduction, leave applications, new employee information.Coordinate with Head Office regarding the workers Prepaid card.Coordinate with PRO regarding cancelled employee. REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE:6 years plus experience in Payroll and Comp and Ben.QUALIFICATION:Graduate /bachelors degree in business administration.SKILLS:Advance Excel ChampionExcellent Skills in Administration / Communication / AnalysesKnowledgeable in UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
