- Prepare ingredients as per menu and cooking basic dishes as assigned in a fast phase daily setting- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen- Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods- Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion- Report inventory to the head chef every end of shiftQualifications:- Open to Southeast Asian nationals- 45 years old and below - Minimum 3 years of experience on the same role- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
