Employment: Full Time Our client is looking to appoint a leading Commercial Leasing Professional with a strong network of local and multinational clients within the commercial & industrial sector.Client DetailsOur client is a leading real estate market leader with a mixed use asset portfolio in the UAE.Description* Oversee directly 2 Leasing Executives* Lease and manage designated portfolio within industrial and commercial asset classes* Target potential clients through marketing strategies, business development & existing network* Conduct market analysis on competitors and industry trends* Liaise with marketing on campaigns to boost assets* Report weekly and monthly on leasing progress within designated portfolio* Document control of contracts and lease administrationJob Offer* Competitive salary and medical insurance REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors degree in relevant field* Minimum 10-15 years experience , last 5 years managerial level in Leasing of offices, labour camps and warehousing* Dubai real estate experience freehold and non-freehold (mandatory)* Arabic speaking (preferred)
