One the largest FMCG manufacturing group in the Middle East is looking for a Collections Officer to join their team in Dubai, UAE. They are looking for a UAE national with at least 2 years experience in the same role in the FMCG industry.As a Collections Officer you will be responsible in:- Monthly debt Collection, Follow-Up, and Reconciliation.- Following up customers ensuring documents/statements are correct- Monitor transactions and ensure transaction documents are complete- Do customer interactions through phone, or face-to-face through planned visits- Prepare relevant reports on a daily basis REQUIREMENTS: - Emirati national, with driving license- Bachelors degree, with at least 1-3 years relevant experience in FMCG (local market)- Solid knowledge in accounting practices and customer service- Strong skills in clerical and administrative processes- Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills- Very good written and verbal communication skillsFor the right candidate, the company is willing to offer a competitive salary along with great benefits.
