Team Member 1: (Collection Executive):1.Invoice compilation and completion of documentation as per the list provided from billing.2.Reconcile missing invoices from point 1 above with the billing team3.Rejected/returned invoices clearance and follow up.4.Updating billing address and contact information on the system5.Filing of invoice receiving copies.Team Member 2 (Collection Executive):1.Statement of account preparation and email to customer then follow up until a confirmation is received from customers agreeing on the SOA balance.2.Raising a flag and escalating any billing issues received from customers3.Updating accounts on the system when payments are received4.Filing payment receipts5.Updating collection report (daily) REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience Guidelines:1. Fresh Graduate2. Proficient in English3. We are looking for an energetic, proactive individual who can add value to our organisation with his dedication and commitment towards work.AED 2,500 monthly salary + AED 1500 commission subject to achieving 100% of the KPI
