Employment: Full Time -Modify existing programs-Assist and instruct others-Monitor long cycle times-Set complex jobs in a timely manner-Implement minor and suggest major tooling changes-Use measuring equipment and basic CMM-Create simple programs from scratch in a timely manner-Use 4 Jaw chucks, Centre plates, Soft jaws, Travelling and Fixed steady work-Load varying size components into the machines competently-Responsible in various types of threading, screw cutting, and crane lifting REQUIREMENTS: -Male, 25 to 40 years old-Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any other equivalent discipline-Minimum of 5 years working experience as a CNC Machinist / Operator / Technician with a strong programming background-Strong experience in a manufacturing machine shop environment, setting and operation of appropriate equipment within a turning department-Ability to work in imperial and metric micrometers, and able to understand complex engineering drawings-Ability to read and interpret layout and to measure sizes using precision instruments such as micrometers, height gauge, gauge block, bore gauge dial indicators-Conversant using and reading measuring equipment, Micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges etc.-Fanuc controls trained would be an advantage-Excellent communication skills-Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
