Our client has been in the corporate services industry in the UAE for decades. It is an exciting time in their business growth story as they look to maximise their current client base and branch out in to new business areas.They are looking to hire a well spoken professional with experience in customer service in the business set up / company formation field.A natural communicator, you will contact all of the companys existing clients (in the UAE and overseas) by telephone to provide follow up aftersales service.By building strong rapport and relationships with the client you will be able to find out the clients current needs and upsell the companys additional services. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role you must:Currently be working in the business set up industry and have a good knowledge of current processes;Have 2-4 years experience in a similar role in the same industry (customer service, account management or relationship manager);Have a proven track record of upselling or cross selling additional services to clients;Experience of customer services on an international basis;Excellent English skills.
