The Company:Our Client is a commercial property developer striving to be at the forefront of their market. HQ is based in Dubai with a very small and close-knit team, but who are agile and strategic and collaborate regularly with the Founder to increase efficiency and finalize a master blueprint for an exceptional customer experience journey for its investors.The Role:* The role will be working closely with the core Management team based in Dubai in supporting the bond distribution network and sales team.* The successful candidate must have a substantial demonstrated work history in a client service role with a strong understanding of financial instruments, specifically bonds and knowledge on portfolio/investment administrations.* This is a Business-Critical role and you will be responsible for the smooth running of all client service-related processes and administration policies of the Companys investment products.* You will be the main client-facing touchpoint for our investors worldwide - comprised mainly of high-net-worth individuals, investment firms or family offices and agents which require consistently excellent after-sales support.* Able to develop, execute and review investment administration related processes and policies in the future.* Manage all customer service-related matters of the Company investment programs* This role reports directly to Management and will entail a high level of discretion, multi-tasking, self-sufficiency and working well under pressure.Responsibilities would include:* First point of contact for all client service-related matters* Involved in developing, implementing and reviewing client service policies and/or investment administration processes of assigned business products/verticals* Responsible for the updating and filing of all customer records* Provide a range of business documents needed with high-level of accuracy such as letters, application forms etc when required by clients* Responsible for resolving, in a timely manner, any regular client complaints, special requests received and other similar matters* Client-facing; in charge with building and maintaining smooth, professional relationships with clients at all times.* Updating all client-related tracking/master sheets and work with Finance team to ensure all applicable client payables are accurate and scheduled accordingly, inclusive of being allocated in monthly budget reports. REQUIREMENTS: Basic requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:* University degree holder preferably in Business Administration* Minimum 2 years work experience in a Client Service or Client Relations role, a strong understanding and proven experience dealing with Financial Instruments (specifically bonds) and investment administration processes* Must have background work experience in an IFA firm or an investment platform business entity or similar.
