Employment: Full Time - Manage the Project Lifecycle including development, design, procurement & construction- Direct the project team to ensure timely and quality completion of the projects- Responsible for project delivery and training of the team of engineers- Lead project development and manage various tasks in the solar projects including offtake, permission, land, community relations, financing, stakeholder management and related budget- Provide support to the Business Development team- Supervise project activities from start till execution including, designing, procurement, execution, site management, testing & commissioning of Power plant project(conventional and renewable power)- Responsible for establishing the schedule and budget of commercial and utility-scale solar projects, and ensure that the deliverables are met through the life of the project REQUIREMENTS: - The candidate should have comprehensive experience working in the Power Sector and allied industries (including Solar Power plants) in a similar roleRequired:- Over 5 years of successful and relevant experience leading the Engineering or Construction team to completion as Chief Engineer in a Utility Scale power plant/Solar Power Plant- Mandatory experience working in Solar Power Plants- 5-15 years of project management and execution experience
