Currently looking for a CFO to run a FMCG/Manufacturing holding group based out of Abu Dhabi. With expanding business on the horizon makes this an exciting opportunity for the right CFO.The main objectives will be to set the groups financial strategy including financial policies and procedures, manage the treasury and financial control functions and ensure that they support the business objectives and guidelines of the group and ensure the group has adequate liquidity, low cost financing and appropriate hedging. Be a strong business partner to help set and successfully execute the business plans. REQUIREMENTS: At least 15 years experience in financial management and leadership with excellent financial skills and broad finance experience. Experience gathering and evaluating complex financial information and making actionable recommendations to the Board. A Strong understanding of UAE and international accounting principles. Established relationships/reputation with local banks and financing partners. Understanding of the GCC market and funding environment-Strong business acumen and investment evaluation experience in a multi-company multi project entity is essential.
