Because its the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve peoples lives.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSThe Manager for Adoption Services MENA is accountable for Customer Network Deployment and Enablement pertaining to supplier enablement on the Ariba Network in MENA. A team of individual contributors will report to this position operating within a project environment. It is the responsibility of this Manager to lead a team which connects suppliers with their buyers over the Ariba Network through a variety of transaction methods and ensuring a high quality of customer service while growing in scalability.Leadership and Team Management- Effectively leads and provides direction to teams and individuals through setting goals, motivation, alignment, empowerment and supporting strategies to achieve success- Ensures full alignment to the SAP Ariba Leadership culture- Ensures professional development by providing on the job coaching and formulates a clear development plan in collaboration with each team member - Creates a culture of accountability and learning- Understands how to manage and resolve conflict- Initiates recruiting and drives evaluation process of new team members- Creates a collaborative and empowered work space for the team- Can facilitate meetings constructively and demonstrates excellent presentation skills- Demonstrates excellent presentation skills to internal and external audiences REQUIREMENTS: Operation Execution- Forecasting, capacity, and cost management for the MENA Adoption Services delivery team.- Partners with Global and regional delivery teams to ensure consistent alignment with company best practices- Innovates across the project environment on new, better delivery methods in changing business environments.- Improves processes, ensures quality assurance and encourages continuous improvement.- Develops and calibrates quality management against all deliverables across project management, customer expectation management and delivery to the customer- Stays updated on reporting capabilities within the Supplier Enablement environment- Works closely and maintains excellent peer relationships with across all partners across CVO to ensure customer success- Identifies and drives key areas of opportunity for network growth- Monitors and identifies resource utilisation trending WHAT YOU GET FROM USSuccess is what you make it.
