They are known for maintaining a significant number of properties and provides a wide array of services to prominent local and international companies in the United Arab Emirates.Job Role:Maintain municipal buildings, residences and building items such as furniture and stairs, making repairs to the internal and external structureStudy blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, and dimensions ofstructure or fixture to be fabricated and executes the project planSelect specified type of lumber or other materials needed for the project, and co-ordinates supplies for the current projectPrepare project layouts, shapes job materials to prescribed measurements, assembling cut and shaped materials and fastening themKeep the Supervisor informed about the job development, verifying trueness of structure with plumb bob and carpenters levelInspect municipal buildings and facilities for needed services and repairsPerform minor electrical repairs and maintain building interiors and exteriorsOperate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment, keep a daily log of tasks and prepare a preventative maintenance schedule REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to Indian nationalsMale, 22 years old and aboveHigh school diploma or any relevant technical certificationsMinimum 3 years related experienceAbility to handle and operate machines and toolsAbility to communicate well in English languageKnowledgeable in carpentry and building maintenance, safe operation of basic hand and power tools, and workplace safety andsafe lifting and handling proceduresAbility to operate any required equipment in a safe and responsible mannerAbility to read building specifications, blueprints and as-builds
