Qualifications (Academic, training, languages) * Bachelors degree or equivalent (in management would be an advantage). * Training in cargo pricing & capacity management is essential.* Cargo operational experience is an advantage. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluent in English language Work Experience * At least 5 years working experience in cargo revenue management and/ or sales, * At least 3 of which in the airline industry in a similar role (experience in narrow-body/ low cost airline is an advantage). * Proven record of revenue optimization, increasing yield, achieving targets, & enhancing business performance. * Knowledgeable in all IATA/ TACT regulations, airline cargo operations. * Proven skills in analysing data, identifying issues, and recommending effective solutions. * Possess effective, persuasive, negotiation, problem solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to use a balance of technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support companys objectives. * Demonstrate the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs. * Capable of understanding market trends and utilizing them for effective and sustained revenue enhancement.
