With its strikingly contemporary architecture, this beachfront business hotel offers the highest level of comfort and elegance throughout its 369 guestrooms and suites, including the ultimate exclusive lifestyle hotel experience with Fairmont Gold.Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceIdentify and anticipate guests needs and ensure personalized service is providedProvide Food and Beverage services as requiredAssist with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stayEnsure that all requests from guests are made possible and are followed up onFully understand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systemsAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Previous customer related experience an assetMust possess a professional presentationMust possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal and communication skillsComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20lbs.Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsVisa REQUIREMENTS:Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Abu Dhabi.
