Employment: Full Time Job Role:Display and maintains a high level of UAE business setup market knowledge with customers in order to be seen as expert and a credible source of information and to demonstrate the quality not only the business setup packages but also the quality of the process overallPresents recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and assisting understanding of the difference between mainland and free zone licensesPrepares and present monthly written reports to the Line Manager and, where appropriate, participate in meetings to discuss contract performanceImplements recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAEEnsure that people are aware of the product and services offered which are available to assist them with starting up in businessDisplay strong sales, negotiation, listening, empathy and organizational skills in the pursuit of converting leads into salesFacilitates and participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their businessManage client portfolio and advise them on the most appropriate setup for their desired business activityDeliver consistently high sales performance as defined by Dept. Head in line with colleaguesProvide excellent customer service thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experienceREQUIREMENTS:Male/Female, 30 years old and belowBachelors degree in Business, Finance or any related courseMinimum of 5 years of experience, 2 years of experience in company formation and business set-upAdvanced knowledge of business operations and strategic planningExcellent understanding of business functions such as sales and marketing, finance, operations, leadership and managementGood analytical skills to conduct needs assessments, analyze data and produce clearly defined reports and action plansKnowledgeable of the existing and emerging business support landscapeWell-versed in IT skills and knowledge of social media platformsExcellent written communication skills for producing plans, reports, evaluations and funding applications
