Objectives: Work in line with the companys vision to promote and expand the Business.Main responsibilities:- Design and execute business strategy for expanding company market share in the Travel & Tourism Sector.-Conduct detailed market research in the respective industry and identify potential clients/regions for expansion.-Promote regular sales to meet the companys yearly target, optimizing cost and boosting profits.-Coordinate with all internal stakeholder, to improve business process and remove any gaps.- Establish strong corporate business presence and Identify new channels/medium to promote sales.- Identify market trends in the Travel & Tourism sector to customize our service offerings.Reporting to: PresidentSubordinates: Sales ExecutiveNumber required: 1Duration: PermanentProbation: 3 monthsWorking Hours: 9 AM to 6 PMGross monthly base salary: 12K-15KCommission / Bonus: As per Business PerformanceOther Benefits: Standard Benefits Salary: AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: - Must have 10-12 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism sector.- Must have a good understand and exposure to Corporate Business, B2B and B2C business.- IATA certification preferred- Should have strong communication and inter-personal skills- Should have UAE working experience in the Travel & Tourism sector, preferably from the major travel companies in the region.
