The hired candidate will become an Integral part of the Short term rentals team, tasked with growing the portfolio of listings.- The will work closely with the Managing director to provide a localperspectiveto build a businessstrategy for future growth.- Forge B2B relationships with large landlords and developersto secure bulk stock.- Source individual landlords, especially in high end, core communities, for the department.- Work with marketing to create engaging and effective marketing to attract landlordsto Betterhomesshort term rentals.- Work with brokers to bring on appropriate Short term listings.- Help implement new software into the business.- Manage the Short terms rentals online accounts. REQUIREMENTS: - Have previouslyworked within Short term rentals.- Have comprehensiveknowledgein local short term rental regulations in line with The DTCM.- Work with cross functioning teams to ensure seamlesscustomer journeyprocess.- Assist in mentoring business developmentexecutives.- Implement additional leasing methods to expand to a global network.
