Opening for Business Development Executive for UAE location (Indian Nationality with UAE Driving License)for Business Development ExecutivesIdentifying potential markets and new sales leadsContacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetingsCold calling and Develop new client baseDeveloping & maintaining relationships with existing customersResearching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new marketsAssist in establishing new customer relations and build on the existing ones.Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetingsMaintaining professional relations with clients to generate revenues for additional business.Responsible for securing, managing and developing new key accounts and maximizing profit and growth, through the formulation and development of new plans, initiatives, long term client relationships and key business strategiesConducting extensive market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune selling & marketing strategies.Assessing the client feedback, evaluating areas of improvements with regular analysis for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand.Analyzing Dubai markets and identifying trends and opportunities.Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.Handling multiple clients projects & requirementsKnowledge & Skills RequiredDecision Maker & Target AchieverExcellent communication in English (If Knows Arabic will be an added advantage)Smart & Presentable with pleasing personalityGood Convincing SkillsShould possess leadership QualitiesReady to accept challengesWell versed in corporate salesAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent time management and organization skillsIn-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events Salary: AED 2,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Company Sharing Accomodation & Company Car plus Target based Incentives REQUIREMENTS: Experience requiredMinimum 1 4 years of experience in Corporate Sales/ Direct SalesSalary PackageBest in the Industry + Attractive Incentive Structure + Other Benefits (Sharing Accommodation + on duty transport + Medical benefits + Mobile allowances).This is 03 years of contract where you will get your first vacation after 02 year.Mandatory should possess a valid UAE 04 wheeler Driving LicenseInterested applicants can apply online.
