Market Awareness and Planning:* Gather information on market realities on opportunities for sales by competitors tracking and analysis as keeping track of projects through interactions and connections with external parties.* Ability to plan sales strategies, prospect sales opportunities.Sales Target and Negotiation:* Meet and exceed sales targets (top line and gross margins) for self, team, and territories on a consistent basis throughout the year.* should be able to negotiate effectively with the client to close the deals in win-win situations for both parties.Proposal, Presentations & Sales Order:* Compile all aspects of the job and prepare a presentation with a quotation.* Present ideas and proposals to the client when there is an opportunity.Coordination and Communication:* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and update the client on day-to-day progress.Reporting:* Prepare activity report for internal use only for review of project performance review. REQUIREMENTS: * 1-3 years of work experience* Must be female candidate & Arabic speaker* Needs to have a thorough knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, Digital marketing concept, and theories.* Excellent communication skills, which include written and verbal followed by Presentation skills for having concept approved by client.* Bachelors/Masters in Business Management/Commerce/Advertising* Complete command of the spoken and written English language (the Arabic language preferred)* Thorough knowledge of applications including Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
