They bring us smart developments and advancedprocesses which revolutionise what we do.What youll deliver- Youll be responsible for carrying out business analysis using structured methodologies, translating end-user and stakeholder high-level business requirements into detailed business case, requirements specification documents, comprehensive functional and non-functional system requirements.- Youll create system test plans and conducting testing and system rollout plans for the assigned projects.- Youll liaise between the business community and technical solution providers in a given project and ensure that requirements are addressed before a technical solutionis designed and implemented.- Youll should be able to document the requirements, liaise with external suppliers to do proof of concept and feasibility studies. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll be educated to a Bachelor degree level.- You should minimum 8 years IT experience covering requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organizations of which minimum 4 years in business analysis and systems testing using structured methodologies.- You should have minimum 4 years of experience in Fusion HCM applications.- Depth experience in Core HR, Talent Management and Payroll Modules.- Depth experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fusion Security and Fast Formula.- Depth experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards.- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.- Knowledge in Taleo Recruit and Onborading.- Knowledge on Learning Management System (LMS) will be an advantage.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.Life here means always pushing - and being pushed - to work better and smarter.
