Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for Branch Supervisors to join their team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. They are looking for candidates with at least 2 years relevant experience.As a Branch Supervisor, you will:-Supervise branch sales and daily operations-Drive sales through excellent customer service and sales performance-Provide excellent customer service and resolve high level client escalations in a timely manner-Manage branch inventory, procurement, and administration work-Analyze monthly reports and monitor competitor activities-Foster team culture and develop a customer centric behavior-Ensure branch compliance with company policy and standards-Recruit and manage operational staff REQUIREMENTS: -UAE based preferred-Bachelors degree, with at least 2 years experience in similar capacity-Experience in the Hospitality / Retail sector-Strong people management, sales, and administrations skills-Presentable, well-groomed, and can deal with different types of people-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills-Female required (due to the nature of the role)If you think you have the qualifications and interested to join this successful company, apply with your updated CV today.
