Quest Search and Selection is working with a fashion retail company in the Middle East, who is currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager.As a Brand Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:Lead overall brand strategy and ensure consistency in line with the company objectivesManage all offline/traditional marketing strategies for the companys product categoriesWork closely internal and external (e.g. advertising agencies) teams in planning and implementing promotional campaignsDevelop and manage all relevant promotional campaigns and eventsPrepare annual marketing calendar and budgetOversee the delivery marketing reports and KPIsCommunicate marketing briefs to internal teams and stakeholdersGather insights from data and turn them into innovative recommendationsKeep abreast with marketing trends and competitor activitiesDevelop, coach and mentor the marketing team REQUIREMENTS: Desirable skills and background:Bachelors degree with at least 8 years relevant experience in brand management Strong experience in the Fashion Retail industry and/or Advertising Agencies (Corporate level)Strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skillsEgyptian or Lebanese nationality (advantage)In return for your handwork and success, the company is willing to pay an attractive tax-free salary along with great benefits (bonus+ medical+ annual air ticket).If you feel you have what it takes to become part of this successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.
