Quest is working with a leading retail organization in the GCC who are currently looking for a strong Brand Manager for the Home category and will be responsible for Sourcing, Buying, Planning, Merchandising and VM. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi.The responsibilities of the Brand Manager within this retailer will include:Management and overseeing of Home brands and stores across the Gulf RegionAccountable for Sourcing, Buying, Planning, Merchandising and VMOwnership of brand contracts and commercial terms for all marketsDelivering category sales, gross margin, and turnover performance to planWorking with the buyers, merchandisers, and the VM teamsManaging all aspects relating to the shipments, logistical processing, and allocation functionMonitoring the Open to Buy (OTB) limits and inventory budgets and devise strategies to improve stock turnsResponsible for ensuring the team delivers the required standards in terms REQUIREMENTS: Willing to travelProven excellent experience as a Brand manager for more than 5 yearsProven experience in the fashion and lingerie retail industryBachelors degree holder in Business managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, leadership, and analytical skillsPassionate and driven individualIn reward for your hard work and success you can expect a competitive salary, annual air ticket and private medical insurance.
