Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading e-commerce company in the Middle East, looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to join their team in Dubai. As a Brand Manager, you will:Lead overall brand strategy and expansionManage all offline/traditional sales & business development strategies for the companys brandsWork closely internal and external teams in planning and implementing promotional campaignsDevelop and manage data-driven marketing / promotional campaignsPrepare annual marketing calendar and budgetOversee the delivery of marketing reports and KPIsCommunicate marketing briefs to internal teams and stakeholdersGather insights from data and turn them into innovative recommendationsKeep abreast with marketing trends and competitor activitiesDevelop, coach and mentor the marketing team REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree with at least 6 years relevant experience in brand management Strong marketing background in the E-commerce and Beauty Retail industryStrong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skillsExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsFluency in Arabic is an advantageIn return for your handwork and success, the company is willing to pay an attractive salary along with great benefits.If you feel you have what it takes to become part of this successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.
