Charterhouse is working with a global law firm that is looking to hire an experienced Bilingual (Arabic and English) Lawyer to play a key role within its high profile offering in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term, well established law firm in the Dubai market with clear partnership prospects for an ambitious individual who is interested in getting actively involved with client and business development.The role will involve working closely with the Lawyers in the firms Dubai office, as well as part of the wider international network, along with liaising directly with the firms high profile clients. The firm has a long-standing reputation and client-base across the Middle East, dealing with government, local family group / holding companies, corporations etc. This varied role will involve assisting with the governmental and Arabic aspects of transactions. You will also be dealing with transactions, translation of legal documents and associate PRO aspects. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate should have experience of dealing with Dubai governmental entities, share transactions and company set up as well as translation and associated PRO legal matters. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you are bilingual in English and Arabic, both written and verbal and comfortable dealing with high profile clients in both languages.
