Its an exciting journey were on, and one you could be part of.What we are looking for : Hair Stylist - JoelleThe appointed Hair Stylist will join a leading beauty business within the Arab world and be a part of the luxury Abu Dhabi department store Tryano. Joelle look for talented and creative individuals who are devoted to serve their customers with utmost care and service excellence. We are looking for someone who would like to join a premier luxury brand and someone who will take great pride in their guests and their role.What youll do:- You will welcome and assist all guests to the salon - You will be responsible for building and running your own clientele list whilst being as punctual as possible - To carry out full consultations in line with company guidelines. - Empower your client to communicate with you throughout their appointment. - Work towards your pre agreed targets, set by your manager. - Ensure your product knowledge is up to date and keep up to date with all industry trends - Recommend appropriate products and treatments to each client and maintain a consistent high level of retail sales in line with your pre-set target. - To attend and contribute to team meetings. - To attend and participate in salon events - Take responsibility for a complete personal selection of tools including dryers and straighteners - Maintain a clean and tidy styling station. - Keep all equipment organised, tidy and sanitized. - Maintain motivation and take pride in your work and your guests REQUIREMENTS: What you need to succeed in this role:We see success in the role as being able to fully managed social media platforms and develop the right content accordingly to the brand standards.More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below:- Previous industry experience - Previously held a role as a hair stylist within a reputable salon - Excellent at collaborating cross functionally - Fluent in Arabic and English - Demonstrate excellent inter personal skills alongside strong relationship management Ready to join our exciting transformation to become a hybrid retailer, bringing luxury experiences to the fingertips of our customers everywhere Nows your chance.
