We are currently in search for a Beauty Advisor in various locations across the UAE. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customer across range of products and have the in-depth skin care knowledge to correctly advise the right products to ensure our customers leave informed and confident we have advised them, so much so they return for further help and advice on skin care and consider us a trusted advisor!We will be looking for candidates who demonstrate experience in:Providing positive customers skills in order to welcome customers upon their arrivalIdentifying customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferencesDescribing to customers how to use products theyre interested in buyingAdvising customers on how to take care of their skinDemonstrating proper use of skin care and makeup productsCross-selling beauty products, when suitableEnsuring proper presentation of products on shelvesAdvising customers on prices and special offersRestocking products as per the merchandiser advise REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following:Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in SalesSpecific brand product training will be given to the selected candidate.We are looking for team members who have impeccable presentation, strong communication in English with another language being an advantage, the ability to make customers feel relaxed and confident in your skin. Although we encourage your individuality and quirks, being a team player is essential to the role.
