Line of ServiceAssuranceSpecialismAssuranceManagement LevelManager& SummaryAs a data analytics trainer, you will deliver awareness and technical trainings to PwCs clients in the Middle East, helping our clients understand the importance of this domain, develop their talent and solve their complex issues.The trainer should also have strong understanding of emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, IoT etc and be able to design training solutions addressing those areas.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Deliver technical data analytics training to beginners and advanced professionalsDeliver awareness training for management and business usersCreate course content for different audience levels and industriesUnderstand clients training requirements and design learning journeys and programmes to address those requirementsParticipating in events and conferences to help increase awareness on data analyticsContribute actively in various business development effortsWork with colleagues across PwC offices supporting our clients and internal initiativesContinue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brandAs a data analytics trainer, you will deliver awareness and technical trainings to PwCs clients in the Middle East, helping our clients understand the importance of this domain, develop their talent and solve their complex issues. The trainer should also have strong understanding of emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, IoT etc and be able to design training solutions addressing those areas.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Deliver technical data analytics training to beginners and advanced professionalsDeliver awareness training for management and business usersCreate course content for different audience levels and industriesUnderstand clients training requirements and design learning journeys and programmes to address those requirementsParticipating in events and conferences to help increase awareness on data analyticsContribute actively in various business development effortsWork with colleagues across PwC offices supporting our clients and internal initiativesContinue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand REQUIREMENTS: Qualification, Experience and Skills:Fluency in English and Arabic is a mustEducation: Bachelors degree in Mathematics or Statistics.A background in delivering technical and awareness training to corporate customersCore technical knowledge in key data analysis areas (machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, relational database modelling, advanced SQL, data manipulation and wrangling)Strong knowledge & experience using Python, R and data visualisation tools (Tableau & PowerBI)Years of Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics field. 3 - 5 years of experience in training deliveryBig 4 experience is a plusIn depth understanding of predictive analytics, machine learning, social network analysis and data visualisation.Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), particularly ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, data visualization etc.).The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates.Strong ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a high quality output.Demonstrated track record in business development and sales. Should have a track record in relationship management and business development.Should have gained previous experience in managing staff and the ability to demonstrate leadership skills.Proven strong conceptualized thinking and analytical capabilities.Demonstrated high quality planning and execution capabilities.
