My client a large multi-disciplinary consultancy requires an Associate Landscape Architect to manage the team in its Dubai office.The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of multiple landscape projects, taking responsibility for the teams performance. The Associate Landscape Architect oversees all stages of a project from concept through construction, guiding and supporting project leaders in their day-to-day management and delivery of their projects. They will act as the primary decision-maker and will be responsible to liaise with clients, consultants and contractors and as such is required to attend official client meetings and site visits as required . REQUIREMENTS: Candidates REQUIREMENTS- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.- Preferable to have Chartered status with Landscape Institute or equivalent together- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience including a portfolio of sizeable design projects and ideally in the Middle East.
