* Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering* Strong knowledge of local road design standards in the UAE* Must be able to act as a Project Manager on specific projects in coordination with Architects and other Engineering sectors* Must have working experience with local authorities (UAE) requirements* Prior experience in managing Roads & Infrastructure projects in the UAE* Experience using road design software (Civil3D, InRoads) including experience in geometric design, road drainage, pavement, earthwork analysis* Should have some exposure in street lighting & traffic signal design.* It would also be helpful to have some exposure to traffic engineering.
