We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and ambitious candidate to join our superb client within their Investment Banking Division in Abu Dhabi. This role will be an Associate position within a high energy, fast paced and fun environment where you will work hard and play hard! You will be learning from the very best as you develop and grow your own position self within the organisation. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of M&A and/or Corporate Finance advisory experience with a track record of closing deals. They should be well versed with financial modelling, be able to perform detailed analysis of company financials, and have a sound understanding of M&A, Debt Capital Management, Equity Capital Management, and valuation concepts.Prerequisites:Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint requiredExcellent communication skills;Proficient in both Arabic (preferred but not essential) and English, spoken and writtenCharacteristics:Self-motivated individual that is proactive and engaging with team members as well as clients on a daily basis;Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment, with long hours and tight deadlines.
