An exciting opportunity exists within an International Consultancy to join their team immediately as an Associate Director of Structures in Dubai. Reporting to the Technical Director, the individual will have an integral role in carrying the project through from the concept design stage, through to completion.The individual will be expected to:Mentor and train a team of EngineersDelegate tasks across the team to ensure all elements of the project are completed in line with the project deadlines and budgetCommunicate efficiently with the ClientPrepare proposals and tendersContribute to the leadership and operational performance of the divisionEnsure the project is operating within budget REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have a degree in Structural Engineering or other relevant discipline.Ideally be chartered, with 12+ years experience in managing projects and overseeing structural design on large scale complex buildings projects.In return you will receive an attractive remuneration package and the opportunity to work for a stable international consultancy firm.
