A property or construction related degree is required. Must have Pre-contract experience in estimating and cost planning.RICS Accreditation is required.Previous Senior quantity Surveyor and / or Associate level experience at a Cost Consultant is required within UAE.Management of services through Design, Tender and Construction Phases.Previous UAE experience of managing a team of quantity surveyors for a single or multiple projects.
