Assist in managing all retail leasing activities.Assist in achieving the retail leasing NOI targets.Assist in sourcing and securing anchor and ancillary tenants.Develop and implement sourcing tenants strategy.Track lease expires and negotiate renewals.Initiate and oversee legal proceedings.Expand relationships with Middle East regional retailers.
