THE ROLETo assist the Senior Portfolio Manager in the management of the companies Real Estate Funds.General REQUIREMENTS:Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in fast paced environmentPrior relevant experience gained in an international organization.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role includes the following activities including but not limited to:Daily reconciliation of portfolio values with Funds NAV statements produced by Administrator.Liaising with administrator in respect of subscriptions and redemptionResearch real estate markets, open ended funds and reits, and prepare investment proposals for ICReview of portfolio performance and conduct attribution analysisMaintain portfolio statisticsReview of liquidity and currency exposure of Funds, and suggest corrective actions. Knowledge of fx forwards contracts essential.Compile investment proposals for the Investment CommitteePrepare and update pitchbooks for clients presentations REQUIREMENTS: Reconciliation of portfolio values experienceExperience in an International company Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in fast paced environmentPrior relevant experience gained in an international organization.
