Cibus Oil Trading provides customers with fuel for transport, energy for heat and light, power for industry, raw material to make lubricants, raw materials for road constructions and petrochemicals products used to make everyday items such as paints, clothes and packaging. Our offices are established in Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Singapore.We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resource or HR executive at our Dubai headquarters. The designation will be agreed upon on the basis of past experience and seniority.Purpose / Key objectives of the jobImplement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniquesPosting job ads and organizing resumes and job applicationsScheduling job interviews and assisting in interview processConducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalitiesDesign compensation and benefits packagesPreparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlementsImplement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations)Develop fair HR policies, continually educate employees and ensure they understand and comply with themCreating and distributing company memos and documents throughout organizationPreparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the managementAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employeesConducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordinglyReviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managersMaintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, medical insurance and annual leave balancesHandling insurance-related issuesMonitor HR departments budgetAct as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issuesManage employees grievancesCreate and run referral bonus programsReview current HR technology and recommend more effective softwareMeasure employee retention and turnover ratesOversee daily operations of the HR departmentMonitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productiveCoordinate and direct work activities for managers and employeesFoster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected REQUIREMENTS: Professional skills3+ years management experience as an HR Executive or similar roleKnowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagementFamiliarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience with full-cycle recruitingGood knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related fieldHighly computer literate in Microsoft Suite and various HR software programsA proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR mattersPersonal skillsComfortable working in a highly visible roleGreat attention to detailExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsHonest, ethical, and dependableExperienced in mediation and conflict resolution processesPositive, go-getter attitudeExpert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressureAttentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
