A leading regional bank based in Dubai, UAE is looking for an Assistant Manager, Business Transformation to help shape and execute the banks transformation agenda.Main responsibilities:- Assist the Manager of Business Transformation in overseeing all aspects of the bank, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing necessary change.- Conduct analyses, synthesise findings and assist in presenting results to internal and external stakeholders.- Deliver programs on time and within budget while staying up to date with new and emerging technologies. REQUIREMENTS: Key REQUIREMENTS:- At least 3 years of experience in process re-engineering, change management or process migration.- Experience in management consulting is preferable, in Europe or Asia.- Engineering degree is a plus.
