Employment: Full Time Our client is seeking an Asphalt Paving Specialist to oversee the overall portfolio of projects regionally and to provide guidance to the Construction delivery team on technical matters.Client DetailsOur client offers stability, a large project portfolio and a reputable existing construction delivery team. They are growing the team due to the growth in project pipeline and seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Asphalt construction delivery and operations.Description* Oversee project portfolio (GCC) and work closely with asphalt laying team to monitor works and operations* Audit asphalt laying activities in line with relevant standards* Monitor quality, cost and schedule on ongoing projects and conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues throughout day to day operations* Report up the chain to Operations Manager on project tracking and identify potential issues and resolutions to reportJob Offer* Competitive salary and medical insurance REQUIREMENTS: * On the job practical knowledge and delivery skillset in Asphalt works* Relevant degree would be preferred, (civil, construction management, etc.)* Knowledge of international and local Asphalt standards
