Employment: Full Time Position Title: Area ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 17,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus incentivesJob Location: UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company is UAEs leading fragrance companies, master blending the worlds purest Oud and various fragrance productsJob Role:Reporting to the General Manager Retail OperationsExplore new business opportunities and expand market base with new customersAccountable for sales of existing and upcoming outlets within the assigned territoryDrive and achieve yearly sales target of the showroom(s) within the assigned territory, in value and product-wisePlan and distribute the target into monthly sales and further to daily sales and allocate these targets to all salesmen accordinglyGuide and motivate sales team to achieve the targets assigned to themRecommend and implement various strategies and techniques to improve sales of slow moving products /outlets and boost territorial sales volumesExplore business opportunities and develop business through various avenuesExhibit pro-activeness and seek feedback from local customers, analyze sales movement of products in individual outlets, analyze the requirement of customers and accordingly recommend new products and/or new locations for business growth and expansion REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to Arabic candidatesMale, 30 years old and aboveMinimum 8 to 10 years of experience in retail business development and multiple stores managementComing from same perfumery industry is a high advantage, if highly qualified will consider asking salaryExperienced and seasoned in retail Sales preferably FMCG & territory developmentMust be willing to go the extra mile in creating good business relationshipsProactive and Hardcore, meets clients and business partners regularlyGCC experience is requiredMust have valid UAE drivers licenseExcellent English communication skills
