Employment: Full Time Acquiring and maintaining contractor partnershipsNegotiations project / design / costs / timelinesDefines Scope of project in collaboration of Senior Management.Creates detailed work plans which identify and prioritize activities needed to complete the project successfullyPlan and schedule project timelines new & existingControls projects and updates Senior Management with written and verbal reportsEnsures all projects / designs / materials meet brand and mall criteria.Prepares all contracts and agreements with vendors and contractorsEnsures project deliverables are on timeAcquires all permits and approvals to carry our projectsAttends all installations of new projects to completionManages all snags / damages / mall complaints in a timely manner.
