On behalf of our client a leading boutique customer service company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Junior Account Manager. Reporting to the MD you will be resposible for developing and managing long lasting relationships with clients, serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, identify new business opoortunities, forecasr, track and analyse key account matrix, manage, process and review timesheets, payroll and daily attendence of the customer service team, be responsible for annual employee reviews and evaluations and develop monthly shift schedules Salary: AED 11000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: medical only REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be fluent in Arabic and English and have consistent experience working as a Team Lead or Supervisor within the 5 star hospitality or luxury sector
