Our client a Global reputed Logistics Company is looking for an AR Executive To be a part of the Accounts Receivable Team, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in AR functions exclusively in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics company We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years Account Receivable and Collection experience who will take full ownership of the A/R & Collection position at a medium size company.Applicant will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports in a timely manner.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Make daily collection callsConduct account research and analysisPrepare and maintain various reportsMaintain an accurate aging reportIdentify and execute the necessary process adjustmentsSend statement to outstanding customersReconcile A/R to the G/LInteract with customers to resolve outstanding issue REQUIREMENTS: The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management.
