Job Purpose:We are looking for an animator who can work with their in-house team to develop simple, yet effective brand and direct response creative. This candidate must have the ability to understand different video and animation techniques, how they work together within an ad unit and the specific requirements and ultimately best practice for each social and digital platformKey Responsibilities: (What you will be responsible for):Understand companys specific creative brief and develop ideas to fit each digital platformUnderstand which design techniques would provide the most effective design/animation solution for the stated business problem.Develop storyboards as requiredCreate multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams and stakeholders for final directionUtilize industry animation tools or methods to finalize animation projectsWork collaboratively with other members of the brand and creative teams, to ensure consistency and accuracy of deliverable REQUIREMENTS: Skills Required (What you will need):2-3 years of experience drawing and animatingProven ability to draw across different types of artistic stylesExperience implementing different animation styles, including traditional animation, 3D computer animation, 2D vector animation and othersGeneral computer literacy, including experience with common operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and productivity toolsStrong desire and ability to work collaboratively to fulfill project demandsAbility to work independently as neededComfort presenting and explaining animations, storyboards and designs to stakeholdersSignificant attention to detail and patience to work carefully and efficientlyTechnical Abilities:IllustratorPhotoshopIndesignAdobe PremiereAdobe After Effect3d studio max, Maya, Lightwave, Softimage and Cinema 4D are a plusPlease include us a link to your updated Behance.
