Job Description

Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment We are looking for Ammunition Designer (Small-Medium Caliber) to join our company who will support the Project/Development Manager in all activities related to designing of parts or product in order to meet the deadlines.He will be involved in conceptualize and Design and Reference of the products.With excellent solid works/AutoCAD experience, with at least 10 years of proven experience in small-Medium Caliber Ammunition Development that used with the high shooting rate weapons and guns and anti-tank rifles. REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities / Duties:Create and manage the design, references and prototyping of the products to ensure they meet the guidelines for standards and functionality.Prepare the complete drawing set for Development product (Medium Caliber Ammunition)Design necessary production tools, including the necessary drawing set.Support the creation of all necessary production documents in cooperation with the production engineer as per the ISO 9001 and 14001 requirementDesign/ review Medium Caliber Ammunition i.e. Anti-materiel rifles and heavy Machine guns different types.Sampling materials for the final product, utilizing software such as CAD, Solid works to create designs, and determining the process guidelines for optimum functionality.Monitor and report progress of product developmentCarry out product verification tests in cooperation with APT QM departmentKey Accountabilities:Design and develop APTs small- Medium Ammunitions.Knowledge of 3D software SOLID WORKS and CADStrong math skills, including calculus and statistics, to make accurate measurements and designsKnowledge of small- Medium Ammunition manufacturing processesPreferred Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Ammunition Designing Engineering or equivalentPreferred someone with Eastern Europe Experience
