We are recruiting for an experienced Aesthetic and Laser Therapist who has experience in the UAE to join our clients team - a high-end well-established aesthetic clinic. Duties - Performing skin and body assessments for clients related to hyper pigmentation, rosacea, melasma, acne, scar remediation, skin laxity, ageing, cellulite reduction, fat melting, tattoo removal, and other issues of concern. - Converting clients to uptake treatment plans with authority and conviction. - Performing advanced skincare and body therapies and device led treatments. - Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the treatment support products so that you can accurately advise a client on the appropriate home care regimen. - Running appointments with punctuality; timekeeping is a must. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS - NVQ Level 3 (minimum) certificate in Laser and IPL, or CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or ITEC equivalent. - RN qualification a plus. - 2 years experience in a skin and laser studio. - Excellent command of English with superlative written and oral communication skills. - Experience working with lasers, radio frequency, erbium, sublative, and ultrasound based devices such as: PICO, Fotona, Ulthera, Eximia, and Spectra.- Ability to perform a multitude of advanced skin and body treatments that include light chemical peels, deep cleaning, micro needling, radio frequency, and other techniques. - Ability to forge trust with clients and develop a personal book of business. - Ability to work as a member of a team to support colleagues with their clients. - Ability to promote services and products with a natural ease and confidence, and to hit revenue targets. - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a poised demeanour.Benefits - Compensation is commensurate with experience. - Treatment allowance and discounts. - Training and professional growth opportunities
