Employment: Full Time About the client:A prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAE.Job Role:Collect, dispatch documents and ensure all documents received are checked, filed and encoded in each tracker properlyPrepare acknowledgement receipt and dispatch all processed document (Trade License, Visa etc.)Ensure all the documents from different jurisdictions are logged in the Incoming and Outgoing log sheet as well as updating the trackersCheck, print and file the acknowledgement receipts of documents on a weekly basisReviewing and approving the following documents through ERP SystemPhotocopying, scanning, updating the tracker sheet and filing of New EIDs received for the dayProvide correct employee details of the involved companies using Tahaluf system Employment Visa ApplicationHandling passport inventory and creating guidelines, policies and procedures of other Free ZoneUpdating the PRO daily task and coordinating with the Renewal Managers and Client Relation Manager with their concerns and send it to PROPerform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department or division objectives REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to Asian nationalsFemale, 30 years old and belowDegree in Business Administration or relative fieldMinimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Project Coordinator/Sales Coordinator/AdminGood knowledge on handling, Residence Visa Application (new & renewal), Visa Cancellation, Trade License Amendment, Trade License Cancellation, Trade License Renewal w/ Amendment abd Emirates IDs receivedExcellent organizational and time-management skills
