Amaken is currently recruiting for an NGO a Social Worker position to join their team in Lebanon, Tripoli.Main dutiesResponsible for all the social activities of the project with the field manager and project coordinator.Responsible for the outreach and identification activities for participants, municipalities and other actors involved in the project.Implement services provided during the project and identify most vulnerable participants interested in being engaged in the activities, coordinate and communicate with participants.Responsible for the implementation of data collection and assessments? processes on the ground with the outreach workers.Responsible of assessing the activities with participants through Focus Group Discussions in coordination with the M&E.Responsible for the follow up attendance on all the workshops related to community engagement and governance with the facilitator.Organize referrals and follow-up cases.Under the guidance of the field manager, works with partner organizations to plan for the implementation of the community engagement and governance components of the program.Follow and stick to the time plan shared by the line manager for the assigned activity.Ensures project implementation follows NGO and donor policies and stipulations as outlined in the agreement with the donor and agreements with partner organizations.Attend the community engagement and governance trainings and workshops with other partners.Attend all capacity-building workshops provided for the team.Responsible to follow up with the attendees of the workshops on any inquiries and information needed/requested from the workshops.Responsible to Document all the steps required to implement the workshops with the relevant bodies.Complete with high competency the assigned tasks and assess challenges and ways forward for each task.Plan and coordinate the organization of the workshops.Report to the field manager and coordinate with him and with the project coordinator all the challenges, ways forward and implementation.Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities and summarize on each implemented activity once achieved.Participate, as requested, in workshops and coordination meetings intended to improve professional knowledge and skills relevant to assigned responsibilities.Job SpecificationGood use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.BS in Social work or related humanitarian education fields.More than 3-4 years? experience in Social Work.Previous experience with Livelihood Projects.Previous experience in outreach and assessment activities.High experience in engaging with most vulnerable communities.
